Originally, the Rigelians were a race of humanoid lineage that suffered the total devastation of their biosphere due to nuclear and climatic conflicts in their system. To survive, their society surrendered completely to cybernetics and forced hybridization with Orion Grey lineages and reptilian codes, losing their connection to spiritual empathy and becoming a technocratic empire under the influence of the Draconian Empire.

The Rigelians play a dark and active role in the contemporary history of Earth. They are the main faction behind the secret technological pacts made with government and military agencies of Earth's powers starting in the mid-20th century. Their skin is a pale grey color with yellowish or greenish undertones, rough and cold to the touch. Their heads are large and elongated toward the back, with large, black, slanted eyes lacking pupils, which are protected by dark membranes. They have long, thin limbs with four fingers on each hand.
