These terms govern the use of ELGRIMORIO22 (elgrimorio22.com) and its social media channels. By using the site you accept them. If you do not agree, do not use the site. Read them together with the privacy policy and the legal notice.
What ELGRIMORIO22 is
ELGRIMORIO22 is a free encyclopedia of entities and phenomena of the spiritual, supernatural and mythological world, with oracles for entertainment and a directory of independent professionals. It documents what cultures, traditions, texts and testimonies say; it does not claim that any entity or phenomenon is real or false, and it does not recommend performing rituals or invocations.
Minimum age
The site is for people over 18. If you are a minor, do not submit forms, comments or consultations.
Permitted use
You may read, share links and quote short excerpts from the site, crediting ELGRIMORIO22 with a link to the page. You may not copy the content in bulk, republish it as your own, scrape it with automated programs for other sites, try to damage or overload the site, bypass its technical limits or use it for illegal purposes.
Content you publish
If you comment or publish a profile in the directory, you are responsible for what you write and for the images you upload, and you confirm that you have the right to publish them. You give us a free, non-exclusive permission to display that content on the site while it is published. Offensive, discriminatory, sexual, violent or misleading content, third-party advertising and other people's personal data are not allowed. Everything published goes through an automatic review, and we may remove any content or profile that breaks these rules. The directory does not accept love binding spells, black magic, love spells or "bring back your ex" services.
Directory of professionals
The professionals in the directory are independent third parties. Consultations are arranged and paid for directly with them, outside the site. ELGRIMORIO22 does not provide those services or guarantee their results. More details in the legal notice.
Oracles
The Tarot, Runes, Numerology and the Oracle of the Entities are entertainment and symbolic reflection. They do not predict the future or replace the advice of a health, legal or financial professional.
Intellectual property
The texts, design, images and videos of ELGRIMORIO22 belong to its owner unless stated otherwise. Many images and videos are created with artificial intelligence tools; videos published on social media say so when the platform requires it. Third-party trademarks and content belong to their owners.
YouTube, TikTok and other third-party services
The site shows YouTube videos and links to ELGRIMORIO22 channels on YouTube, TikTok and other networks. By watching those videos or using those platforms you also accept their own terms, including the YouTube Terms of Service, the Google Privacy Policy and the TikTok Terms of Service. ELGRIMORIO22 uses YouTube API Services and TikTok APIs only to publish and manage its own videos; how it does so is explained in the privacy policy. Links to external sites are the responsibility of their owners.
Book and purchases
The book is sold through Hotmart, which processes the payment and applies its own purchase, guarantee and refund terms.
Limitation of liability
The site is provided "as is", with no guarantee of accuracy or continuous availability, and it may change or be interrupted without notice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ELGRIMORIO22 and its owner are not liable for damages arising from the use of the site, from the interpretation of its content or oracles, or from services hired from third parties.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of Brazil, without prejudice to any non-waivable rights granted to you by the law of your country.
