This policy explains what data ELGRIMORIO22 (elgrimorio22.com) processes, why, who it is shared with, and what rights you have. It complements the legal notice and the terms of use. If you have any questions, write to elgrimorio22@gmail.com.

Who is responsible

The site and this policy are the responsibility of the owner of ELGRIMORIO22, who resides in Brazil. Contact: elgrimorio22@gmail.com. Data processing is governed by Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law 13,709/2018) and, where applicable, by the data protection laws of the country you visit us from.

What data we process and why

Browsing and analytics. We use Google Analytics to know how many people visit the site, which pages they read and which countries they come from. It is only activated if you accept the analytics cookie in the notice shown when you enter; if you reject it, Google Analytics does not store or send any of your data. The data is aggregated and does not identify you by name.

Comments. If you comment on a page, we store your name, your email and your comment. Your email is never published, and we only send you updates if you check that box. Comments are reviewed automatically by an artificial intelligence service (Google's Gemini) before being published.

Directory of professionals. If you apply as a professional, we store the form data (name, email, WhatsApp, country, languages, specialties, description, website and social profiles) and your photo. If your profile is approved, your photo, name, specialties, country, city, languages, session format, years of experience, description, gallery, video and links are published; your email and WhatsApp are never published. We email you a personal link to edit your page; that link expires automatically. The texts and images you upload are reviewed automatically by artificial intelligence before being published.

Consultations with professionals. If you write to a professional from the directory, your name, email, WhatsApp (if you provide it) and message are stored and emailed to the chosen professional so they can reply to you. We keep a record of the consultation to count how many consultations each professional receives. To prevent abuse we use Google reCAPTCHA, which analyzes your interaction with the form.

Invitations to professionals. To invite spiritual practitioners to join the directory, we only collect contact emails that the practitioners themselves published on their website or public business listing, together with their name, specialty, country and language. We send a single invitation email from contacto@elgrimorio22.com, with no follow-ups. If you reply asking not to receive more messages, your email is marked as unsubscribed and we will not write to you again.

Book. The book is purchased on Hotmart, which processes the payment and your data under its own policy; we never see or store your card details. If you request the free chapter, by checking the box you agree to receive the chapter and updates from ELGRIMORIO22 by email. You can unsubscribe from the updates at any time by writing to elgrimorio22@gmail.com.

Oracles. Numerology is calculated in your browser: the name and date you enter are not sent or stored. The oracles store a technical value in your browser to remember your daily reading limit; that value never leaves your device.

YouTube videos on our pages. Some pages show YouTube videos. The player does not load until you click it, and it uses YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). When you play it, YouTube processes your data according to the Google Privacy Policy.

Use of YouTube API Services and TikTok APIs

ELGRIMORIO22 uses YouTube API Services and TikTok APIs exclusively to manage its own channels: uploading and scheduling its videos, filling in titles, descriptions, tags and playlists, and reading the statistics of those channels. These tools are used only by the site owner with the owner's own accounts; visitors do not sign in with YouTube or TikTok on the site, and we do not access, collect, store or share data from any third party's YouTube or TikTok account.

The access authorizations (tokens) for our own accounts are stored privately on the owner's computer and are not shared with anyone. By using YouTube API Services, the Google Privacy Policy and the YouTube Terms of Service also apply. Access granted to an application can be revoked at any time from the Google security settings page. Use of TikTok APIs is also governed by the TikTok Privacy Policy.

Who we share data with

We do not sell or rent your data. Only the services that run the site are involved: Google (Firebase to store form data, Google Analytics, reCAPTCHA and Gemini for automatic moderation), Hostinger (hosting of the site and of the contacto@elgrimorio22.com mailbox), Hotmart (book sales) and, in the case of a consultation, the professional you write to. Each of them processes data under its own policy. Some of these services may store data outside your country.

How long we keep data

We keep comments, professional profiles and consultations while the site is active or until you ask us to delete them. Profile editing links expire automatically. Unsubscribe requests from invitations are kept so that we never write to you again.

Your rights

You can ask at any time to access, correct or delete your data, withdraw any consent you gave, or remove your profile from the directory. Write to elgrimorio22@gmail.com and we will reply within a reasonable time. You can also file a complaint with the data protection authority of your country (in Brazil, the ANPD).

Minors

The site and consultations with professionals are only for people over 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors; if we find that a minor sent us data, we delete it.

Cookies

We use a single optional cookie, the Google Analytics one, and only with your consent. The site also stores in your browser your cookie choice and the daily oracle limit. You can delete all of this from your browser settings. We do not use advertising cookies. If the site adds advertising in the future, this policy will be updated before it is activated.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will publish the new version on this same page with the update date at the top.
