This notice explains what ELGRIMORIO22 is, what it is not, and how far our responsibility extends. By using the site, you accept the terms below.

What ELGRIMORIO22 is

ELGRIMORIO22 is an encyclopedia and a space for exploring entities and phenomena of the spiritual, supernatural and mythological world. It documents what different cultures, religions, texts and testimonies say. It does not claim that any entity or phenomenon is real or false, and it does not recommend performing rituals, invocations or any esoteric practice.

How we tell the stories

On the site, in our videos and on our social media we tell legends, accounts, traditions and what films, books and testimonies show as they are told, in the voice of someone narrating a story. We do not judge whether they are true or point it out in each case: that judgment is yours. What we publish is a starting point for you to research and reach your own conclusions, not a statement of fact or a diagnosis about your life or your health.

The oracles are for entertainment and symbolic reflection

The Oracle of the Entities, the Tarot, the Runes and Numerology are tools for entertainment and personal reflection. They do not predict the future, diagnose anything or guarantee any outcome. Cards, runes and entities are chosen at random; Numerology numbers come from a mathematical calculation based on the name and date you enter. The readings are general symbolic texts, not a message addressed to you personally. Any decision you make based on them is yours and remains your responsibility.

Not professional advice

Nothing published on the site replaces the advice of a professional in health, mental health, law, finance or any other regulated field. If you are going through a health problem or an emotional crisis, please consult a licensed professional or your country's emergency services.

Directory of professionals

The professionals listed in the directory are independent third parties. ELGRIMORIO22 does not provide those consultations, is not a party to the relationship between you and the professional, and does not guarantee their training, experience, results or the quality of their service. Consultations are arranged and paid for directly with the professional, outside the site; ELGRIMORIO22 is not involved in that payment and is not responsible for it. Any reviews or ratings shown are other users' opinions, not a verification by the site. Before hiring anyone, do your research and decide using your own judgment. Applying as a professional does not imply or guarantee that the application will be accepted or published.

Minimum age

ELGRIMORIO22 and consultations with the professionals in the directory are only for people over 18 years of age. By sending a consultation request, you confirm that you are 18 or older.

Personal data

If you leave a comment or apply as a professional, the data you enter (name, email and the text of the form) is stored in Firebase, a Google service. Your email is never shown publicly: we use it only for the purpose stated on each form, for example to reply to your application, and to send you updates only if you checked that option. Comments are reviewed automatically by an artificial intelligence service before being published. If you apply as a professional, the photo you upload is also stored. If your application is approved, your photo, name, country, languages, years of experience, description and website are published in the directory of professionals, where any visitor can see them; your email and your WhatsApp number are never published.

If you send a consultation request to a professional from the directory, your name, email, WhatsApp number (if you provide it) and message are stored in Firebase and emailed to the chosen professional, who receives them in order to reply to you. We also send you a confirmation email. We keep a record of the consultation to count how many consultations each professional receives. To prevent abuse, the site limits the number of consultations per email per day and uses a Google verification system (reCAPTCHA) that analyzes your interaction with the form. Once the professional receives your data, they handle it under their own responsibility: ELGRIMORIO22 does not control what they do with it. If the site later invites you to leave a review of the consultation, this notice will be updated to explain it.

Numerology is calculated in your browser: the name and date you enter are not sent or stored anywhere. The oracles store a technical value in your browser to remember your daily reading limit; that value is not shared with anyone. When the site adds advertising or new forms, this notice will be updated to reflect it.

Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics to understand how many people visit the site, which pages they read most and which countries most visitors come from. To do this, Google Analytics stores a cookie in your browser that recognizes you between visits, but only if you accept it: when you enter the site we show you a notice to accept or reject this cookie, and until you accept it, Google Analytics does not store or send any of your data. You can change your choice at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser settings; the next time you visit, we will show you the notice again. We do not use advertising cookies or share your browsing data with advertisers. The data Google Analytics collects is aggregated and does not identify you by name; Google handles it according to its own privacy policy.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ELGRIMORIO22 and its owner are not liable for damages, losses or harm of any kind arising from the use of the site, from the interpretation of its content or its oracles, or from services hired from third parties. The content is provided "as is", with no guarantee of accuracy or availability, and it may contain errors or change without notice. Links to external sites are the responsibility of their owners.

Governing law

This notice is governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, the country where the site's owner resides. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of Brazil, without prejudice to any rights that applicable law grants you and that cannot be waived.
